​Decision Making Functions

In limited guardianship within NSW, a "function" relates to the area of action or activity in which it has been determined that a person is unable to make certain significant decisions for her/himself. The authority for decision making in those areas is conferred upon a guardian as a guardianship function. Below are some of the functions that may be given to a guardian and an explanation of what it means.
